Ø Introduction

Basing on IEC 61400-2 (wind turbines—Part 2: Design requirements for small wind turbines, IDT) and China National standard GB/T29494-2013(small Vertical axis wind turbines) and GB/T 19115 ( off-grid type wind-solar photovoltaic hybrid generate electricity system of household-use), we designed our new lift-type Vertical axis wind turbines(VAWT) and optimized all hybrid system.

Ø Blade

To improve the annual energy production and the system safety, we design the VAWT low rated speed which means the lower tip-speed ratio. So, According to the general airfoil date, we develop a new airfoil. This new airfoil has the excellent aerodynamic performance and the structural strength.

Ø Generator

We designed the permanent magnet generator which has the lower cogging torque can ensure the lower cut in wind speed and higher efficiency.

Ø Controller and Inverter all-in-one

We integrated the wind controller/ solar controller and inverter and developed our patented product. This new product has the higher performance and smaller volume, we added the battery management system and electrical load management system.

Ø Remote Control and Monitor System

To improve our on line service ability, we developed the remote control and monitor system which can read and control all VAWT /Solar /battery and electrical load dates, support online update.

Ø APP and Web

All customers can install our mobile app or visit our web, input your user name and password, you can see your VAWT and solar hybrid system all the dates.

Ø Battery

According to the customer requirements, we can use the different type battery in our system such as lithium battery and lead-acid battery. To reach the higher cost performance and lift time, we developed the new ultra-battery.
